Bedtime habits to add to your night routine

As a teenager, it is hard to wake up early every morning and prepare for the day. There are so many things to do and so little time. Many times it ends with late arrivals and stressful mornings that set the mood for the whole day.


A productive day can start with the steps you take the night before. Therefore, it is essential to create a nighttime routine that will involve activities that can help you with falling asleep faster, leave you in a good mood and take as much burden off your back as possible so you can have some time for yourself in the morning.


I always try to make sure I wind down at night before bed. This helps my body to get into "sleep mode" and to clear and settle the thoughts in my head.


So if you are looking to get a better night’s sleep and to be more productive, here are a few habits to add to your nighttime routine for better organisation of not only your evenings but also mornings:






1. Prepare your outfit for the next day


2. Stretch


3. Hydrate


4. Journal


5. Pray and meditate


6. Run an oil diffuser


7. Drink a warm tea


8. Wash and moisturize your face
